I am very grateful to the people who took part in the project committing themselves to 10 - 20 sessions a  minimum of once a week. Their contribution was $25 per session plus the commitment of showing up for the sessions and having no projections or expectations of the outcome, just being in the question of 'what else is possible?'. In actuality there were of course hopes/dreams/expectations etc from the participants and myself included to start with, but as the sessions went on things 'lightened up' for the person receiving and for me the practitioner. There appeared to be a simultaneous letting go of any expectations as interesting changes were occurring in their Bodies. By not having a point of view about what they 'wanted' to change something greater was allowed to show up. They all looked at it as fun to play with this process but there were also prevailing conditions in their bodies ranging from quite severe skin inflammation, to diagnosed thyroid conditions, self diagnosed depression etc. The results were quite varied and interesting. All except one participant had either taken an Access class / done all core classes / a single Bars class or received Bars sessions. The one person who only came for a couple of sessions had not done any Access classes or ever received a Bars session.There was some difficulty in scheduling for us both howerver.

    D. was amazing. After her first EFL session she was visibly more relaxed. It was however her arrival for her 2nd session that was the most amazing. I opened the door to a 'different' woman. She had cut her hair, was wearing a pair of pants (trousers) that she had not been able to wear in over 2 years and also said that she had put on a dress for the first time in 15 years!. Notice the symmetry around her mouth, relaxed eyes and the lower lines around the bottom of the eyes are almost gone.

Y. loved to come to the sessions immediately following work as she felt so relaxed after the sessions. After 10 sessions when we talked about how she felt things might have changed in her body she did not report anything in particular. However, later looking at the pictures in sequence it is clear that there is a difference in the swelling under her chin around the thyroid area. Y. has a thyroid consideration and talked about seeing her doctor for an updated test. There also appears to be more symmetry in the facial features. Apologies for the pictures not being bigger but the resolution is not so good.

L. had been having her Bars run fairly regularly before joining the EFL Project so was familiar with some of the Access tools. She had been experiencing a quite severe skin condition covering most of her body. Her skin was very inflamed, itching, very red and often erupting. After her EFL sessions her skin had quietened down to almost non existent flare ups and was back to it's normal colour. Notice also the relaxed eyes and thyroid area under the neck has softened.

J. had also been using some of the Access tools prior to the EFL Project and had been having her Bars run fairly regularly. After her 1st session she 'came around' after the session remembering her mother's passing which she was present for. She remembered how as her mother passed over watching all the wrinkles and stress fade away from her face and saying how 'it was OK now Mum, all the stress and worry is gone now'. J. was losing weight steadily and feeling very well. She also had had a skin condition which had cleared up. She was using aromatherapy also. Notice again the reduction around the neck area. She also has experienced an improvement in vision. Whilst sat at the traffic lights after her 2nd session she said her glasses felt unusually heavy on her face and when she took them off she realized she could see further into the distance than she had been able to in a long time. She has talked about going to have her eyes retested. J. had also attended a few Access Body classes where we had talked about communicating more with our Bodies and it was interesting that she realized her Body was communicating to her that the glasses felt too heavy on her face.

S. was just curious to see what else was possible.
She was dealing with some depression and always felt better after the session.
Once again the eyes are softer and also there is a marked difference in the stress under the chin and around the neck area. Her skin tone also changed and became clearer. I included the middle picture after her 8th session just because I liked it! :)

Just as an aside, Access founder, Gary Douglas is really not interested in proving anything. It is in the 'proof' of something that we tend to then limit the possibility of something greater showing up. Indeed what else is possible if we have already decided and concluded that something is this way or that?
This is also what made this fun for us all. For those participants who truly looked at this as fun and had no attachment to the outcome the Process was able to be received by the Bodies and used in the way that only the intelligence of the Body knows how too. When the logical, thinking mind is put to one side what else is truly possible that we could not ever have dreamed about?
